Dentists, all have to have 50% NHS patients on their books, all patients under 18 years old have to be NHS patients. Also all GPs surgery's have to have at least one dentist based at the surgery.
I have some ideas on education too and more about health, but I have to think about them a little longer.

Not only unnecessary, but also prohibited. When there are other oncoming vehicles, or vehicles not far in front of you you should switch your main beam off to avoid dazzling other drivers.
This is basic stuff.
