Well I escaped from Northleach and made it to work at lunch time on Monday, blokes in work had a good laugh at me.
Yesterday I was in Cambridge for the wedding of one of my cousins (the 3rd one to get married in 12 months). And it was posh. The service was in Johns College chapel and the "breakfast" was in Johns dinning hall (Malc and I said it felt a bit like hogworts). Then there was a knees up in michaelhall or something similar in the evening. It was very formal and posh and I felt I didn't quite fit in all day... Also I thought the service wasn't very joyeous, it felt more like a funeral, which was made worse by the hymes being played so slowly. I had fun embarassing Malc with my singing though ;-)
Back to work tomorrow. I am making the waste management team shake in their boots at the moment!
I've got to look for all the important bits of paper and see if I can get my posh mobile phone fixed so I can get back to taking photos and having annoying ring tones.
I'm off next w/e even further south to Canterbury and also Ashford where I'll be demonstrating my decorating skills to Miss H Hale in her new house. Miss R Hale and I will also be doing each others hair in proper girly fashion!
Guides has been organised for the term, amongst other things we are celebrating Chinese New Year, having a Budist and spirituality evening and also having a personal safety evening.
I think cricket nets are starting soon so it will be good to get back into that.

I was under the impression that the main dining hall of Hogwarts was filmed at one of the Cambridge College. Not St Johns I don't think but the older parts of the place seemed to have a similar style of Acrchitechture.
Sounds like good fun Amy, I think H's new house is quite good, it has a big garden anyway, with enough space for trampolines, apparently!
After speaking to her on messenger she seems to be quite pleased about it, which is good!
You should stop making people quake in their boots, it is not good for anyone's health! I am still doing my scouting stuff, although I am still working on the driving at present.
Will hopefully see you/speak to you soon at some SAGGA event.
I'm afraid that our wedding wil be VERY VERY VERY posh, so it's a good job that you're in training. Alternatively, better training might be to drink several pints in a short space of time and then doing barn-dancing! :-)
I heard that hogworts was cheltenham college but you could be right Si...
My dad and I made up for the lack of barn dance by gay gordoning around the dance floor to some pop record or other ;-)
Actually I was wrong it's Christ Church College Oxford. But it's not even the real one its a set, because the real one is too narrow to fit four tables across it.
