Exam 1 of 2 was dead hard and my brain hurt as a result of it (luckily I only need to get about 10% to pass the modual). I am hoping to have done ok, especially since I did no studying since Wednesday lunch time (due to walking around in a daze).

I have found the "how to run a 24 hour cricket match" it was under my essay pile.
1. The person in charge should lead from the front and be willing to show that they are in charge (not wimp out and do a 3 hour security stunt).
2. Don't upset the people doing the catering...
3. Don't let the token "proffessional" get their own way.
4. Have 3 hour periods of play (1hr 25mins for each team to bat) not a set number of overs (coz they run out and people get bored).
5. You need atleast 20 people at anyone time (16 to play, 1 to score, 1 or 2 to umpire and 1 or 2 to provide nurishment).
6. If people "need" to sleep, make it a maximum of one game period.

They are my words of wisdom.

Was out last night with Charlene and Polly, my lovely cricket boys and some of their GF. I didn't get drunk (that may shock you, only had 4 pints over about 5 hours...).
